## Synopsis

NCIS: Hawaiʻi (2021-2024) is a US procedural crime drama created by Jan Nash, Christopher Silber and Matt Bosack for CBS. Vanessa Lachey stars as Jane Tennant, the first female Special Agent in Charge of NCIS Pearl Harbor, leading a team of specialists that includes Alex Tarrant as Kai Holman, Noah Mills as Jesse Boone, and Yasmine Al-Bustami as Lucy Tara. Their engine is a steady flow of high-stakes cases involving military personnel and threats to national security, while Tennant tries to balance her duty to family with her duty to country. The show runs three seasons and was canceled after its third season, with each episode built around a self-contained investigation. Set in present-day Pearl Harbor and the surrounding Hawaiian islands, it pairs the sun-drenched island setting with the tension of military secrets. The tone is brisk and procedural, with a warm ensemble energy and a steady, dependable pace. Fans of NCIS, Hawaii Five-0 and JAG will find resonance in its blend of military crime, team loyalty and island atmosphere.
