## Synopsis

Mine (2021) is a Korean television mystery drama created by Lee Na-jeong and Baek Mi-kyoung and broadcast on tvN. Presented as a single sixteen-episode season, it follows two women trapped in a gold-clad conglomerate family whose glossy surface hides constant deceit. Lee Bo-young plays Seo Hi-soo and Kim Seo-hyung plays Jung Seo-hyun, and their shifting alliance and rivalry form the emotional core of the story. Lee Hyun-wook as Han Ji-yong and Cha Hak-yeon as Han Soo-hyuk add pressure from within the family, while Park Won-sook as Yang Soon-hye and Jeong Dong-hwan as President Han anchor the household's power structure. Each episode layers domestic confrontations, boardroom maneuvering and sly reveals as the women push back against the people blocking their path to happiness. The series is a classic Korean family melodrama shaped by a chaebol setting, with a mystery thread that keeps viewers guessing about hidden identities and buried loyalties. Its tone is tense and melancholic, marked by sharp emotional swings and luxurious, claustrophobic interiors. Fans of The Penthouse and Succession will find resonance in its sibling rivalry, class anxieties and glittering cruelty. The season wraps up with a closing arc that settles its central conflict while leaving the characters changed.
