## Synopsis

Moving (2023-present) is a South Korean superhero drama series created by Kang Full, Park Yoon-seo and Park In-je for Disney+. Ryu Seung-ryong plays Jang Ju-won, a father whose buried past collides with his son's hidden powers, while Han Hyo-joo plays Lee Mi-hyun, a mother guarding her own secrets, and Zo In-sung plays Kim Doo-sik, a gifted teenager trying to live an ordinary school life. The engine of the series is a family's struggle to keep their children hidden from a national intelligence agency while the parents confront the painful history that binds them. Each season is a serialized story built around escalating encounters, chase sequences and slowly revealed backstories rather than standalone cases. Set in contemporary Seoul, the show moves between high school hallways, quiet family homes and dangerous urban confrontations. Its tone is earnest and melancholic, with moments of action and dark humor, and its emotional core rests on parental sacrifice and the fear of what children with extraordinary abilities might become. Adapted from a popular webtoon, the series draws on the tradition of the korean superhero story and the family-focused action drama. Fans of Heroes and Vincenzo will find resonance in its blend of ordinary lives and extraordinary danger.
