## Synopsis

Wrong Side of the Tracks (Entrevías) is a Spanish crime drama set in a contemporary working-class Madrid neighborhood overrun by drug dealers. Jose Coronado plays Tirso Abantos, a hardened war veteran whose teenage granddaughter becomes a victim of the local trade, pushing him to take matters into his own hands. Luis Zahera, Nona Sobo and Laura Ramos round out the ensemble. The story follows his personal reckoning with the criminal networks corroding his streets, as each episode tightens pressure on dealers, rivals and the family he is determined to protect. Told as a serialized saga rather than a case-of-the-week format, the series builds a gritty, tense atmosphere with melancholic undertones and a bleak sense of moral compromise. Its violence and emotional stakes are intense, and its portrait of a community under siege carries the weight of a social drama. Fans of The Wire, Gomorrah and Money Heist will find resonance in its street-level crime and vigilante pressure. Best suited to adult viewers who want a hard-edged, emotionally charged drama that lingers after the credits.
