## Synopsis

Silver Surfer (1998) is an American animated science fiction adventure series created by Larry Brody for FOX and Fox Kids. Based on the Marvel comic character, it follows the cosmic wanderer Silver Surfer, voiced by Paul Essiembre, as he drifts across the universe in search of the lost home he left behind after rebelling against his master. Galactus, voiced by James Blendick, looms as the powerful force he defied, while Thanos, voiced by Gary Krawford, and other cosmic figures such as Infinity and Eternity, voiced by Elizabeth Shepherd and John Neville, bring menace and strange beings to his path. Each twenty-minute episode is a self-contained encounter in which the Surfer confronts a new threat, with allies and enemies appearing across distant worlds. The single thirteen-episode season is a bright, kid-friendly cosmic action adventure with a wistful undercurrent of exile and longing. Fans of X-Men: The Animated Series, The Incredible Hulk and Spider-Man will find a similar mix of comic-book spectacle and accessible family storytelling.
