## Synopsis

Men in Black: The Series (1997-2001) is an American animated science fiction comedy created by Duane Capizzi, Richard Raynis and Jeff Kline for The WB. Drawing on the film franchise, it follows agents of a secret government organization who provide intergalactic immigration services for Earth-bound aliens, keeping visitors hidden from ordinary humans while chasing down rogue extraterrestrials and smuggled threats. Agent K and Agent J carry the central partnership, with Chief Zed directing the bureau and Agent Elle working alongside them. The engine is simple and recurring: each episode delivers a new alien incident that the agents must contain before it spills into the city, so the show is built as a case-of-the-week format across four seasons. Its tone is brisk, wry and deadpan, treating cosmic crises as routine paperwork while keeping a playful, family-friendly energy. Fans of Men in Black, Invader Zim and Teen Titans will find a similar mix of cartoon action, goofy humor and secret-agency mythology.
