## Synopsis

Physical 100: Mexico (2026) is a Mexican reality competition series for Netflix, adapted from the Korean format Physical 100. Its contestants are athletes and personalities who compete through a series of demanding physical trials, with competitors such as Carlos Salcido, Pascal Nadaud, Juan Francisco Estrada, Pee Wee, Irma Garcia, Carmen Baque, Luis Hernandez, Cynthia Flores, Marlene Coronel and Atlantis Jr. appearing as participants. The engine of each episode is simple: contestants push their bodies through strength, endurance and skill challenges, and every round narrows the field as the weakest performers are eliminated. The show runs for a single season of nine episodes, each around fifty-one minutes long, with a steady build of pressure toward its final contests. Its tone is energetic and tense, with a sincere respect for effort and the physical toll of competition. Fans of Squid Game, Survivor and Ninja Warrior will find resonance in its high-stakes elimination structure and its focus on human endurance under pressure, though its unscripted approach gives it a distinctly grounded, Latin American flavor.
