## Synopsis

Min Qisas Al-Salihin (Stories of the Virtuous, 2017) is an Egyptian Islamic educational television miniseries created by Tamer Abdel Hameed. Its single episode belongs to a faith based anthology format in which each installment dramatizes the lives of righteous men and women celebrated in classical Islamic sources for their devotion, wisdom, and good character. Rather than following one protagonist through a continuing plot, the series builds each story around a historical or traditional figure whose choices illustrate a moral value, so the engine is simply the unfolding of a virtuous life and the lesson it carries for the viewer. Principal cast members include Abdul Rahman Abu Zahra, Khalil Morsi, Mahmoud El Heddini and Ashraf Abdel Ghafour, appearing in the dramatized episodes. The tone is gentle, sincere and instructive, with storytelling pitched at children and families and an atmosphere of reverent calm. Its appeal lies in clear moral modeling rather than suspense or spectacle. Viewers seeking wholesome religious programming, moral stories for young audiences, or the spirit of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood and VeggieTales will find a similar sincerity of purpose here.
