## Synopsis

Line of Fire (2026-present) is a United States network crime drama created by Joshua Safran for NBC. The series follows the Hollingsworth family, a clan of law enforcement agents led by Mike Hollingsworth (Peter Krause) and Jane Hollingsworth (Hope Davis), whose children Clare (Kat Cunning), Micah (Tommy O'Brien), Russ (Taylor Bloom) and Jack (Charlie Barnett) are also drawn into federal work. Their engine is a case that starts as a routine assignment and grows into a deadly conspiracy, forcing them to use decades of experience protecting civilians and politicians to protect one another. Each episode moves between agencies including the FBI, US Marshals, Secret Service and Department of Justice, so the family must cooperate and clash across investigations. The single season of thirteen hour-long episodes is a serialized procedural in which the central conspiracy drives the story forward. The tone is tense and emotionally grounded, with a steady undercurrent of family loyalty and moral compromise. Viewers who enjoy Blue Bloods for its family dynamics and The Blacklist for its federal conspiracies will find resonance here.
