## Synopsis

The Evil Lawyer (2026) is a Thai crime drama series created by Nottapon Boonprakob, Songphon Jantharasom and Jakkarin Thepvong for Netflix. Across eight fifty-minute episodes in a single season, it follows Jittri (Rhatha Phongam), a young attorney accused of murdering a police officer's son, who must find a way out of a frame he cannot easily escape. Reluctantly he joins forces with the notorious lawyer known as the Evil Lawyer, a figure whose reputation rests on bending legal rules to win. Together they work the loopholes of the courts while pressure builds from a police force that wants a quick conviction. Mek (Nat Kitcharit), Ang (Atchareeya Potipipittanakorn) and Anan (Songsit Roongnophakunsri) round out the principal circle, each with their own stake in the case. Each episode is a tense, serialized push forward, with evidence, testimony and procedural maneuvering driving the story. The tone is taut and morally grey, with dread and suspicion running beneath every legal victory. Fans of Better Call Saul and Suits will find resonance in its study of a compromised lawyer and the uneasy alliance that clears a path toward justice.
