## Synopsis

Guardián de mi vida (2026) is a US-produced Spanish-language telenovela created by Juan Osorio Ortiz for Univision, a single season of seventy-eight episodes. Businesswoman and devoted mother Sofía Peralta-Avitia Villaseñor (Silvia Navarro) feels emotionally isolated inside her marriage to Gonzalo Balmori Ricci (Sergio Sendel), while her rebellious daughter Bárbara Balmori-Ricci Peralta-Avitia (Paulina Goto) falls into a passionate romance with her young bodyguard Salvador 'Chava' Reyes Encino (Diego Klein). Their defiant courtship pushes against the expectations of wealthy family life, and the story is driven by the scheming of ambitious rivals who try to meddle in each couple's path toward love. Episodes are built from family confrontations, secret manipulations, romantic reversals and the constant threat of exposure, all moving at the steady pace of classic Latin American soap storytelling. The tone is heightened and emotional, with melodrama, longing and high-stakes family loyalty at its core. Fans of Yo soy Betty, la fea, Rebelde and Pasión de gavilanes will find the same mix of glamour, forbidden love and villainous intrigue here.
