## Synopsis

30 Weds 21 (2021-2022) is a US miniseries romantic comedy that spans two seasons of twelve short episodes, each about twenty-five minutes long. It follows Prasad, a 30-year-old routine IT employee, and Meghana, a carefree 21-year-old recent graduate, as they enter an arranged marriage despite a nine-year age gap. The engine of the series is the awkward mismatch between two people who start out as strangers bound by family expectations and must figure out whether a real connection can grow between them. Each episode follows the everyday rhythms of their new life together, from the small frictions of mismatched habits to the slow, careful moments that begin to draw them closer. The show is built as a gentle, character-driven comedy, with a warm and sincere register that favors believable emotion over melodrama. The cast is led by Ananya Sharma and Chaitanya Rao, who carry the central couple's growing intimacy. Its atmosphere is cozy and hopeful, with humor arising from the characters rather than from broad set pieces. Fans of Never Have I Ever, The Big Sick and Normal People will find resonance in its blend of cultural family life, youthful humor and quiet romantic sincerity.
