## Synopsis

Minerva Academy (2026) is an Italian scripted drama mystery series produced by Picomedia and released on Netflix. Set at Minerva Military High School, the story follows a young cadet, Salvo, played by Ciro Minopoli, who refuses to accept the silence surrounding his missing friend. Benny, portrayed by Gaia Garavaglia, is one of the peers whose loyalties and secrets complicate his search, while the school's strict routines, drills and rivalries press in from every side. Each episode weaves daily discipline and cadet hierarchy together with the slow accumulation of clues, so the mystery unfolds alongside the pressures of family expectations and the demands of an institution that rewards obedience. Adult authority figures, including Padre Vincenzo, played by Andrea Giannini, add a layer of moral ambiguity to the investigation. The single season runs eight episodes of roughly forty-six minutes each, a compact, serialized arc best watched in order. The tone is tense and claustrophobic, with an undercurrent of teenage anxiety and loyalty. Fans of Elite and Pretty Little Liars will find resonance in its blend of elite school secrets and adolescent unrest.
