## Synopsis

My Hidden Truth (Mi verdad oculta) is a Spanish-language telenovela from Las Estrellas, created by Carlos Moreno Laguillo and produced by Televisa, first airing in 2025 and still running. The story follows Aitana (Susana González), a woman who presents a hard exterior because of a rape she suffered as a young woman at the hands of the Lizárraga brothers, and who swears vengeance against them. Her plan runs into trouble when she falls in love with Luciano Lizárraga (David Chocarro), the eldest of the brothers. Supporting roles include Zacarías Castillo (Andrés Palacios), Larisa Rubido (Geraldine Bazán) and Mateo Lizárraga (Chris Pazcal), whose loyalties and secrets pull the feud in new directions. Across 82 episodes in a single season, the engine is the tension between a vow of revenge and a love that threatens to undo it, carried by reunions, reversals and concealed truths. Set in a contemporary Mexican milieu of wealthy family rivalries, the series is melodramatic and emotionally charged, with a tone that mixes wounded longing, suspicion and cathartic confrontation. Its traditional soap construction and heightened romance place it in the lineage of classic Latin American telenovelas, and fans of Cuna de lobos and Yo soy Betty, la fea will find familiar pleasures in its layered family intrigue.
