## Synopsis

I'm Dating a Dark Summoner (2026) is a Japanese animated romantic comedy series created as an anime adaptation of a manga and broadcast on TOKYO MX. Amona, a demi-human dark summoner who is too weak to resist her desires, joins an adventuring party led by Roni, an overly serious priest voiced by Yuuki Nishiyama. Chiyuki Miura voices Amona, and the cast also includes Senmai Houdentei as Imp and Akane Nishimura as Haru. The premise plays on expectations: the two are supposed to clash as sworn enemies, but on their first day together they tumble into a one-night stand, and the rest of the story follows the awkward fallout as they navigate party life in a fantasy world. Each brisk twelve-minute episode is built from short comic exchanges, flustered reactions, and escalating misunderstandings, giving the show a light, cheeky, and sexually frank register. Its tone sits between breezy and romantic, with the fantasy setting providing a backdrop for everyday adventuring chores. Fans of Konosuba, Spy x Family, and Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? will find resonance in its irreverent humor and mismatched-partner charm.
