## Synopsis

The End of an Era (2025) is a British-American music documentary miniseries produced for Disney+. Across six episodes of roughly 49 minutes each, it chronicles the development and staging of Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour, the stadium spectacle that became a global phenomenon. Taylor Swift appears as herself, and the series gives close attention to the people who made the show possible: choreographer Mandy Moore, dancer Taylor Banks, drummer Matt Billingslea, co-band leader Mike Meadows, and costume designer Joseph Cassell all appear as themselves. Guest performers Gracie Abrams, Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran, and Florence Welch add further perspective on what it took to build the production. The engine of the show is the logistics of a massive live tour: rehearsals, costume fittings, band sessions, and the pressure of performing night after night. Its tone is warm, sentimental, and celebratory, with an emphasis on devotion, teamwork, and the joy of live performance. Fans of Miss Americana and Madonna: Truth or Dare will find resonance in its intimate access to a major pop star at work. The series is a single-season limited run that suits music fans and anyone curious about how a huge concert is built.
