## Synopsis

Szürreality Show (2017) is a single-episode American scripted satirical comedy created for an unspecified broadcaster, a one-off that plays like a sharp, mischievous piece of internet parody. Its premise is deliberately dizzying: a set of entirely fictional YouTube personalities who do not exist outside the show, mocked and examined as if they were real. Marci, a sardonic host, and her showman partner Bobek lead the viewer through the darkest sites on the internet, introducing each strange corner with the confidence of seasoned guides and the bite of critics. The engine is the duo's appetite for skewering whatever deserves it, whether a cultural trend, a notable person, or a piece of recent news, so each segment turns scorn into entertainment. The tone is wry, irreverent and self-aware, with a deadpan edge that keeps the satire lively rather than cruel. Its shape is compact and self-contained, a single episode that offers a concentrated taste of online culture. Fans of Chappelle's Show, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver and Bo Burnham: Inside will find resonance in its sharp, host-driven critique of media and the absurd theater of the internet.
