## Synopsis

Wolf: Die Killing (2026) is a Mexican telenovela-style crime drama created by Indira Páez for Telemundo. Former detective Damián Rosales, known as Lobo and played by Arap Bethke, becomes the guardian of Renata de la Colina, played by Camille Mina, the daughter of a woman he once loved. Their engine is flight: when Renata turns out to hold the key to a hidden fortune, Lobo must keep her alive while many criminals hunt the same prize. Principal support comes from Fátima Molina as Antonia Lazo, Alejandro de la Madrid as Hernando Cruz, and Eduardo Yáñez as Plácido García, known as El Azufrero, whose dealings ripple through each episode. The story unfolds as a single-season run of seventy episodes, one continuing chase rather than a case of the week, with each stretch of road bringing new pursuers, betrayals and hiding places. Produced in Mexico for a US network, it sits in the long tradition of the telenovela, where romance, loyalty and melodrama run beside the danger. The tone is tense and emotionally heightened, with a current of old love and regret threading through the pursuit. Fans of La Reina del Sur, Narcos and Leon: The Professional will find the same mix of criminal menace and protective devotion.
