## Synopsis

Pardon the Intrusion, I'm Home! (2026) is a Japanese animated romantic comedy series created for Nippon TV and YTV, produced by Tatsunoko Production. Rinko Nakama (voiced by Kana Hanazawa), a quiet office worker and secret otaku, wants nothing more than to enjoy her anime in peace. When a noisy neighbor keeps banging on the wall, she enlists the other next-door resident, Akito Satsuki (voiced by Kaito Ishikawa), to help. Their clumsy attempt to fix the problem backfires, leaving a hole in the wall that exposes Usaharu-sensei (voiced by Haruki Ishiya), the creator of Rinko's favorite manga. Each of the twelve episodes of this single-season run is a bright, self-contained twenty-three-minute sitcom-style slice of life, built on awkward encounters, fandom jokes and shared apartment mishaps. The tone is breezy and warm, with a light romantic undercurrent that grows as the neighbors' lives overlap in surprising ways. Modern Japanese apartment life and office routines provide the everyday backdrop. Fans of Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku and Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid will find similar charm in its cozy, fandom-soaked romance.
