## Synopsis

Physical 100: Italy (2026) is an Italian reality competition series created for Netflix, the Italian adaptation of a physical endurance format produced by Endemol Shine Italy. One hundred Italian athletes arrive at a shared arena where each must battle through brutal physical challenges, including wrestling bouts and grueling fitness trials, to outlast everyone else. The engine is simple and relentless: each contestant wants to be the last one standing and claim the title of one true champion, while fatigue, injury and the constant threat of elimination thin the field episode by episode. The single season spans eight episodes of roughly fifty-five minutes each, so the show moves briskly from one test to the next without a scripted story arc. The tone is raw and intense, with a sporting edge, a sense of collective struggle and the drama of individual limits. Viewers who enjoy Squid Game's elimination stakes, the obstacle endurance of Ninja Warrior, or the competitive grind of The Challenge will find the same appetite for physical resilience here, presented as straightforward television spectacle.
