## Synopsis

Crazy Love (2022) is a Korean television melodrama series created by Kim Jung-hyun for KBS2. Mathematics instructor and GOTOP Education CEO No Go-jin (Kim Jae-uck), a self-made genius who is narcissistic and feared, learns that he is marked for murder. His quiet secretary Lee Shin-ah (Krystal Jung), who has worked quietly at his side for over a year, learns that she has little time left to live. Their uneasy workplace relationship becomes a sweet and brutal romance, with pretend-relationship twists and revenge threads drawing in colleagues and rivals such as Baek Soo-young (Yoo In-young) and Oh Se-gi (Ha Jun). The engine of the sixteen-episode run is the push and pull between his control and her quiet resolve, while each episode is built from office politics, corporate maneuvering and emotional confrontations. Set in contemporary Seoul's private education world, it is a single continuous story with a glossy, heightened register. Its tone is melodramatic, intense and romantic, with plenty of wounded pride and tender longing. Fans of Crash Landing on You, Pinocchio and The Penthouse will find resonance in its polished, emotionally loaded storytelling.
