## Synopsis

Military Prosecutor Doberman (2022) is a South Korean legal drama series that aired on tvN, a single-season run of sixteen episodes. Ahn Bo-hyun plays Do Bae-man, an army prosecutor hungry for power and wealth whose carefully laid plans are disrupted by Cha Woo-in (Cho Bo-ah), an unyielding newcomer pursuing an agenda of her own. Oh Yeon-soo, Kim Young-min and Kim Woo-seok round out the principal cast. Each episode is built around a military case of the week, with bland side cases and a sprawling overarching storyline that unfolds across the season. The show plays out inside the rigid hierarchy of the South Korean army, where rank, loyalty and institutional politics matter as much as courtroom evidence. Its tone is tense and dramatic, with moments of genuine suspense and a steady undercurrent of ambition and rivalry. Viewers who enjoy a tvN k-drama built on power struggles will find its competitive energy familiar. Fans of Stranger and Suits will find resonance in its legal maneuvering and its ambitious, morally compromised lead, though the series leans harder into military bureaucracy than either. The result is a focused, serialized legal drama that rewards viewers drawn to institutional intrigue.
