## Synopsis

Sh**ting Stars (2022) is a South Korean romantic comedy miniseries created for tvN, produced by Studio Dragon and Mays Entertainment, running sixteen hour-long episodes. Lee Sung-kyung plays Oh Han-byeol, a sharp, dynamic public relations executive whose working life collides with her irksome nemesis Gong Tae-seong, played by Kim Young-dae, a megastar client she is forced to manage. Yoon Jong-hoon, Kim Yoon-hye and Park So-jin fill out the orbit of agents, rivals and colleagues in a cutthroat celebrity machine. The engine is simple and sharp: every press crisis, staged appearance and tabloid scandal pushes two people who cannot stand each other into closer proximity, and each episode turns on a new spin, a new rumor, and a new reluctant concession. Told as a single continuous story across one season, the series keeps its focus on the bickering push and pull of a love-hate pairing. Its tone is breezy and witty, with sardonic banter, glossy entertainment-industry polish and a warm undercurrent of sincerity. Fans of Crash Landing on You, What's Wrong with Secretary Kim and Full House will find resonance in its blend of enemies-to-lovers chemistry and showbiz glamour.
