## Synopsis

Elite Short Stories: Patrick (2021) is a Spanish teen drama miniseries created for Netflix, a limited series spun off from the Élite universe. Manu Ríos plays Patrick Blanco, joined by Carla Díaz as his sister Ari Blanco and Martina Cariddi as Mencía Blanco, with Iván Pellicer as Beni and Diego Martín as Benjamin rounding out the principal circle. Rather than a continuing school saga, the three short episodes of roughly twelve minutes each step outside the walls of the elite Las Encinas school and into the winter holidays, when students gather for Christmas and the usual rivalries, desires and secrets resurface in new settings. Each story centers on its own small crisis, the kind of private tension that builds when families, friends and romantic entanglements collide over a festive break. The engine is simple: characters want attention, affection and independence, and the holiday pressure makes every choice feel loaded. The tone is glossy and sensual, with a playful, sardonic edge that softens into moments of wistfulness. Set in contemporary Spain among privileged young people, it works as a brief, self-contained detour for viewers already invested in the wider Élite world. Fans of Élite, Elite Short Stories: Mencía and Skam España will find resonance in its youthful intimacy and holiday-flavored drama.
