## Synopsis

Soundtrack #1 (2022) is a South Korean romance miniseries created by Kim Hee-won for Disney+. Park Hyung-sik plays Han Sun-woo, a quiet, kind rookie photographer, and Han So-hee plays Lee Eun-soo, a lyricist with an honest and bright personality. The two have been close friends for twenty years, and their bond is tested when a practical arrangement has them sharing a house in Seoul for two weeks. The engine of the story is the question every friendship eventually faces: can an easy, familiar closeness become something more without losing what made it precious? Each of the four episodes lingers on small domestic moments, awkward silences, shared routines, and the songwriting and photography that give both characters their inner lives. Supporting figures such as Eun-soo's mother, played by Lee Jung-eun, and Kang Woo-il, played by Kim Ju-hun, add pressure from the outside world. The four-episode run is short and intimate, a compact romantic drama in the spirit of a korean slow burn. Its tone is warm, wistful, and sometimes deliberately uncomfortable, and it will appeal to viewers who enjoy Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha and Crash Landing on You for their gentle romantic texture and creative-professional settings.
