## Synopsis

The Killer's Shopping List (2022) is a South Korean tvN mystery comedy miniseries created by Lee Eun-hee for tvN and produced by Studio Dragon. Set in a modern Korean neighborhood near a supermarket, it follows Ahn Dae-sung, played by Lee Kwang-soo, who teams up with his mother Jeong Myung-sook, played by Jin Hee-kyung, and his girlfriend Do Ah-hee, played by Kim Seol-hyun, after a dead body turns up in a nearby apartment. Finding the death suspiciously odd, the trio begins its own investigation, combing through market receipts and everyday purchases for the trail that might expose the real killer. The engine is a bumbling but determined family hunt, with each small clue pulling them deeper into the lives of the shop's neighbors and staff. Told across eight one-hour episodes in a single continuing storyline, the series blends wry domestic humor with a steady whodunit unease. Its tone is playful, breezy and warm, with flashes of tension that keep the mystery engaging. Fans of Psych, Only Murders in the Building and Vincenzo will find resonance in its mix of comedy, sleuthing and offbeat characters.
