## Synopsis

Marvel Zombies (2025) is an adult animated miniseries created for Disney+ within the Marvel Studios universe. Across four episodes of roughly 34 minutes each, a desperate group of survivors led by Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani) and joined by Shang-Chi (Simu Liu) and Katy Chen (Awkwafina) confronts a plague that has turned the Avengers into super-powered undead. The engine is simple and relentless: the survivors must discover how to end the zombified heroes while crossing a dystopian landscape where every encounter risks life and limb. Each episode pushes them forward through hostile terrain, with fights and chases that give the miniseries its momentum. Its tone mixes bleak apocalyptic dread with absurd, irreverent humor and tragic undercurrents, rendered in 3D animation with graphic violence. Fans of The Walking Dead, The Boys and What If...? will find resonance in its blend of superhero spectacle and survival horror. The story is self-contained and moves at a brisk pace, making it an easy one-sitting watch for fans of Marvel and zombie fiction alike.
