## Synopsis

Cutie Pie (2022-2023) is a Thai boys' love romance drama series created for Workpoint TV, adapted from a novel. Young tycoon Lian (Pruk Panich) and free-spirited student Kuea / Kirin (Chawarin Perdpiriyawong) are arranged to marry, and their uneasy bond is tested when one of them reveals that only duty, not love, keeps them together. Supporting principals Yi (Kornthas Rujeerattanavorapan) and Khondiao (Natasit Uareksit) add rival and confidant threads that widen the emotional web. The engine of the series is the friction between wealth, family expectation and two men who cannot say plainly what they feel, playing out through confrontations, jealousy and quiet misunderstandings across sixteen episodes over two seasons. It is set in contemporary Thailand among business families and university life. The tone is melodramatic and angsty, with a frustrated, emotionally charged atmosphere that rewards viewers who enjoy slow burn romance. Fans of Thai romantic dramas and boys' love series such as Thai Love Story will find resonance here.
