## Synopsis

Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games Is Tough for Mobs (2022-2026) is a Japanese anime isekai comedy produced for AT-X. An ordinary office worker is reincarnated as Leon Fou Bartfort, voiced by Takeo Otsuka, into a punishing dating sim where women hold power and only beautiful men are given a place at the table. Leon carries a memory of a complete playthrough of the very game he now inhabits, and he uses that foreknowledge to stir a revolution that reshapes the world, all in pursuit of a simple wish for a quiet, easy life in the countryside. Supporting voices include Kana Ichinose as Olivia, Fairouz Ai as Angelica Rapha Redgrave, and Ayane Sakura as Marie Fou Lafan. The show runs across two seasons and twenty-four episodes of roughly twenty-four minutes each, built from episodic slice of life scenes, romcom beats, and gentle political maneuvering. Its tone is whimsical and light, with a warm, wry affection for its romance tropes. Set in a fantastical otome game world, it draws on the same playful energy as My Next Life as a Villainess and Konosuba, appealing to fans of isekai parody and video game reincarnation stories.
