## Synopsis

Link: Eat, Love, Kill (2022) is a South Korean tvN drama created by Hong Jong-chan, a single-season limited series of sixteen episodes produced by Studio Dragon. Famous chef Eun Gye-hoon (Yeo Jin-goo) opens a restaurant in the small town where he grew up, carrying the memory of a twin sister his family lost after a traumatic incident there. When Noh Da-hyun (Mun Ka-young), a young woman in desperate need of help, walks into his life, he begins to feel the strong emotional link to his sister stir again, and that pull draws him toward the buried crimes of the past. The engine of the show is the slow unravelling of what happened in the hometown, while the present-day story builds a tender, aching romance around the two leads. Each episode unfolds at an unhurried pace, moving between the restaurant's warm kitchen life and the shadows of earlier years. Supporting figures such as Na Choon-ok (Ye Su-jeong) and Cha Jin-hu (Lee Suk-hyeong) help fill out the town's history. The tone is wistful and melancholic, with a tragic undercurrent and a steady mystery beneath the romance. Viewers who enjoy the emotional weight of Mr. Sunshine or the slow-burn intrigue of Stranger will find resonance in its mix of mystery, romance and quiet grief. The series rewards patient viewing and close attention to its interlocking timelines.
