## Synopsis

Killing It is a United States comedy series created by Daniel J. Goor and Luke Del Tredici for Peacock. Craig Robinson plays Craig Foster, a Miami bank security guard whose life is stuck in a rut until he enters a state-sponsored snake-hunting contest, hoping the bounty money will launch him into the successful entrepreneur life he has always imagined. Claudia O'Doherty plays Jillian, and Rell Battle plays Isaiah, two people whose schemes and loyalties complicate his hustle as the stakes and the swamp-side mishaps escalate. Each episode is built around another ill-advised scheme, from amateur reptile wrangling to half-baked business plans, with the comedy rooted in Craig's earnest self-delusion and the gap between his grand ambitions and his modest reality. The show runs for two seasons and eighteen half-hour episodes, a single continuing story that follows Craig's pursuit of a fortune. Its tone is irreverent and breezy, with a satirical edge aimed at American dream mythology and get-rich-quick culture. Set in contemporary Miami, the series has the sun-bleached, sweaty feel of Florida hustle comedies. Fans of Parks and Recreation, Eastbound and Down and Brockmire will find resonance in its underdog persistence and deadpan absurdity.
