## Synopsis

Lost Ollie (2022) is a United States animated family miniseries created by Shannon Tindle for Netflix, running a single four-episode season of roughly forty-five minutes each. Ollie, a patchwork rabbit with floppy ears and fuzzy memories, is voiced by Jonathan Groff, and he is joined by principal voice performers Mary J. Blige as Rosy and Tim Blake Nelson as Zozo. The engine of the story is Ollie's desperate wish to find the young boy he loves, and the journey asks him to cross strange territory, meet companions, and survive obstacles that test his memory and resolve. Each episode is built from concrete adventure beats, with the emotional stakes rising as the quest advances across a single continuing arc. The tone is gentle and wistful, leaning on tender childhood longing and warm, comforting imagery rather than peril for its own sake. The animation carries a handmade, textured charm, and the story reads as a fable about loyalty, memory, and the meaning of home. Families looking for a heartfelt animated adventure with the emotional pull of Toy Story or The Boxtrolls will find much to enjoy here, and the short runtime makes it an easy watch for children and their parents together.
