## Synopsis

Pandora (2022-2024) is a Belgian French-language political drama series created by Anne Coesens, Savina Dellicour and Vania Leturcq for La Une. Judge Claire Delval (Anne Coesens) is an investigating magistrate who has spent years chasing a corruption case, only to discover that her own father, Simon Delval, is tangled in it. Her personal crisis escalates as his forced resignation opens a coveted seat in the Francophone Liberal Party, and the discreet operator Mark Van Dyck (Yoann Blanc) begins maneuvering to claim it. Alongside them, Sasha Hamzaoui (Mélissa Diarra) and Krystel Horrens (Myriem Akheddiou) help build out the web of loyalties and betrayals surrounding the case. Across two seasons and sixteen episodes, the drama unfolds as a serialized investigation in which each revelation pulls private relationships into public scandal. Its register is tense, sober and claustrophobic, with an emphasis on quiet conversations, backroom negotiations and the cost of standing against one's own blood. Viewers drawn to the political intrigue of Borgen, the power maneuvering of House of Cards, and the moral tangle of The Night Of will find a similarly grounded, character-driven European thriller set in contemporary Belgium.
