## Synopsis

Silverpoint (2022-2023) is a British children's science fiction mystery series created by Lee Walters and Steven Andrew for CBBC. Kaz (Maiya Silveston), Louis (Oliver Cunliffe), Meg (Katy Byrne), Glen (Krish Misra) and Bea (Aoife Hughes) are a group of young campers at an adventure camp who stumble upon a strange artefact. Their curiosity pulls them toward the unexplained fate of four children who vanished twenty years earlier, and each episode of this family-friendly show builds around new clues, suspicious adults, and small acts of courage as the young friends piece the puzzle together. The series runs across two seasons of thirteen episodes each, with a mostly episodic rhythm woven through a continuing mystery. Its tone is brisk, playful and adventurous, with an undercurrent of eerie suspense that suits younger viewers. Fans of Stranger Things, Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! and Goosebumps will find a similar blend of childhood adventure and supernatural intrigue, set in a contemporary British countryside of camps, woods and secrets.
