## Synopsis

The Muppets Mayhem (2023) is a US family comedy series created by Adam F. Goldberg, Bill Barretta and Jeff Yorkes for Disney+, a Muppet spin-off built around the chaotic house band The Electric Mayhem. Dr. Teeth (voiced by Bill Barretta), Animal (Eric Jacobson) and Floyd Pepper (Matt Vogel) lead the band on a misadventure to finally record its first studio album, and they need the help of Nora (Lilly Singh), a driven young music executive who keeps them on track. Gary Moogowski (Tahj Mowry) and Hannah (Saara Chaudry) round out the human cast. Each episode is a brisk, self-contained comedy in which the band collides with the modern music scene, with slapstick, musical numbers and sly industry satire. The tone is bright, irreverent and warmly silly, with a sincere affection for the Muppet family. It lands somewhere between the sketch energy of The Muppet Show and the deadpan music world of Flight of the Conchords, suited to families and older fans alike. Across its ten episodes it stays light and playful, a bright single-season comedy with an unfinished feel.
