## Synopsis

Farming Life in Another World (2023-2026) is a Japanese anime isekai series produced for AT-X, with the production companies Zero-G and Pony Canyon involved. After Hiraku, a man who has died of illness, is revived and sent to a fantasy world of his choosing, he is given an almighty farming tool by God and sets out to make a quiet living from the land. Atsushi Abe voices Machio Hiraku, while Shino Shimoji voices Rurushi Ru, Aya Suzaki voices Tia and Lynn voices Ria. The engine of the series is simple: Hiraku wants a calm second life, and the episodes are built from clearing fields, planting crops, chopping wood and building a homestead, with fantasy companions and everyday mishaps filling the rest. The show runs for two seasons and 24 episodes of about 24 minutes each, and its story unfolds as one continuing thread with gentle arcs rather than a case of the week. Its tone is gentle, comforting and laidback, with warm humor and a deliberately unhurried pace. The fantasy setting is an invented world with no real-world era, and the fantasy realm offers a cozy backdrop for the farm life. Fans of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, Log Horizon and Laid-Back Camp will find resonance in its blend of isekai premise and relaxed slice of life.
