## Synopsis

A Time Called You (2023) is a South Korean time travel romance series created by Kim Jin-won and Choi Hyo-bi and distributed on Netflix. Its protagonist, a grieving woman, magically travels back to 1998, where she meets a man with an uncanny resemblance to her late love. The series follows her attempts to reshape the past while navigating a romance that is haunted by a fate she already knows, with the central pull being the question of whether she can change what happened. Across its twelve episodes the story moves through the everyday texture of late nineties Seoul, with its cafes, offices and small personal dramas, and the emotional stakes rise as each new episode tests how far a second chance can reach. Fans of Itaewon Class, About Time and Let Me Hear Your Voice will find resonance in its blend of melancholic longing and warm romantic hope. The tone stays wistful and tender, with a steady undercurrent of grief that gives the romance its ache. This is a self-contained miniseries that rewards patient viewing and works well as a single weekend binge for anyone drawn to heartfelt love stories with a sense of destiny.
