## Synopsis

Love in Contract (2022) is a South Korean romantic comedy drama miniseries created by nam seong-woo, Jung Yeo-jin and ha goo-dam for tvN. Park Min-young plays Choi Sang-eun, a contract marriage master whose work fills her week with two very different romantic arrangements. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays she maintains an alternate day romance with a long-term mystery client, while on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays she handles a new superstar client. Go Kyung-pyo co-stars as Jung Ji-ho, and Kim Jae-young plays Kang Hae-jin, whose presence complicates the schedule. The engine of the story is the tension between professional rules and emotional drift, as each episode tests how long a paid arrangement can hold before real feelings intrude. Told across sixteen episodes of roughly an hour each, the series moves through a single contained narrative rather than a case of the week. Its tone is sparkling and witty, with bright banter, polished urban settings in contemporary Seoul, and a warmer undercurrent of longing. Viewers who enjoy korean romance dramas, the polished romcom energy of Crash Landing on You, and the transactional love stories of Contract Lovers will find resonance here. The result is a light, glossy romance that treats its central premise with both humor and sincerity.
