## Synopsis

Baby Fever (2022-2024) is a Danish romantic comedy-drama series created by Amalie Næsby Fick and Nikolaj Feifer for Netflix. Fertility doctor Nana (Josephine Park) drunkenly inseminates herself with the sperm of her ex-boyfriend, and the rest of the show follows her scrambling to explain the pregnancy while hoping to win back her lost love. Her friends and colleagues, including Simone (Olivia Joof Lewerissa), Mathias (Simon Sears) and Helle (Charlotte Munck), are pulled into the tangle, and Niels-Anders (Mikael Birkkjær) adds further complications. The show runs for two seasons of six half-hour episodes each, a serialized comedy in which each small lie and awkward confrontation builds on the last. Set in contemporary Copenhagen, it balances clinic routines with messy personal life, and its tone is warm, sharp and frequently absurd without losing emotional honesty. Fans of Fleabag and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend will find resonance in its blend of self-inflicted chaos and romantic longing.
