## Synopsis

Daredevil: Born Again (2025-present) is a US Disney+ superhero crime series created by Dario Scardapane, Chris Ord and Matt Corman, produced under Marvel Studios. Charlie Cox returns as Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer with heightened senses who fights for justice from his bustling New York law firm, while Vincent D'Onofrio plays Wilson Fisk, the former mob boss now pursuing political power. Wilson Bethel plays Benjamin Poindexter, also known as Bullseye, a dangerous rival who adds to the threats surrounding both men. Margarita Levieva, Michael Gandolfini and Nikki M. James fill out the supporting cast of lawyers, allies and investigators. The engine of the series is the pull between a lawyer who wants to protect ordinary people through courtrooms and street level action and a politician whose past identity keeps threatening to surface. Each season is a serialized story told across a run of 50-minute episodes, so the arcs build on one another rather than standing alone. Set in present day New York, the show carries a gritty, brooding atmosphere with violent confrontations and morally complicated choices. It is a Marvel Cinematic Universe production that leans toward dark crime drama with legal procedure. Fans of the original Daredevil, Jessica Jones and The Wire will find resonance in its blend of crime, politics and street level heroism.
