## Synopsis

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew (2024-2025) is a Disney+ American science fiction adventure miniseries created by Jon Watts and Christopher Ford, set in the Star Wars galaxy. Four ordinary kids, including Wim (Ravi Cabot-Conyers) and Fern (Ryan Kiera Armstrong), find themselves stranded far from home and must search for the planet they grew up on. Along the way they cross unfamiliar worlds, dodge danger, and lean on one another, while a grizzled adult figure played by Jude Law shapes the journey. The engine of the story is a practical quest: each stop brings a new obstacle, a new ally, and a new clue toward home, with an episode-by-episode structure that keeps the momentum brisk. Across eight episodes it is one continuing adventure rather than an anthology, with a bright, wide-eyed register that balances comfort with a touch of peril. Its look and feel are shaped by the franchise's expansive mythology, delivered at a family-friendly pace. Fans of Star Wars Rebels, The Goonies and Stranger Things will find a similar blend of youthful wonder and grounded companionship. The result is an accessible entry point into the Star Wars universe that rewards both younger viewers and franchise devotees.
