## Synopsis

The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague (2023) is a Japanese anime romantic comedy series produced by Zero-G, Liber, Lantis, NetEase Games and Saber Links, broadcast on TOKYO MX and adapted from a manga. Himuro, a descendant of a snow spirit, works in an ordinary office where any emotional jolt, whether conflict, fun or romance, can set off snow blasts that bury snowmen and igloos in the middle of the workplace. His challenge is simple and funny: keep his feelings hidden from coworkers while he falls for Fuyutsuki, the lovely and composed colleague who remains calm as he thaws and freezes around her. Each episode of this single twelve-episode season is built from small office incidents, from meetings and team outings to minor clashes, that escalate into snowy comic set pieces and gentle romantic beats. The supporting cast of colleagues, including Komori, Saejima and Section Chief Buddha, adds warm workplace color. The tone is light, sweet and breezy, with a cozy, wintry atmosphere and a steady sense of affection. Fans of Kaguya-sama: Love Is War, Kamisama Kiss and Monster Musume will find resonance in its blend of romcom timing, supernatural quirk and everyday workplace life.
