## Synopsis

The Eclipse (2022) is a Thai boys love school drama series created by Chairat Pipitpattanaprap for GMM 25, produced by GMMTV. Across a single twelve-episode season of forty-five minutes each, the story follows students at a Thai secondary school, where Akk (Kanaphan Puitrakul) and Ayan (Thanawat Ratanakitpaisan) sit on opposite sides of the rules. The engine is a clash between those who enforce the school's regulations and those who want to break them, and the friction between the two leads gradually becomes something more. Supporting roles from Khanlong (Trai Nimtawat), Thuaphu (Thanawin Teeraphosukarn), Wasuwat (Chayapol Jutamas) and Namo (Thanik Kamontharanon) widen the circle of classmates whose loyalties are tested as the rules bend. The tone is angsty and emotionally charged, with a focus on youthful defiance, pride and the pull of attraction between rivals. Its contemporary Thai campus setting is grounded and intimate, and it sits within the tradition of Thai boys love television. Fans of Given, Ouran High School Host Club and Love by Chance will find resonance in its blend of school life, rivalry and slow-building romance.
