## Synopsis

Ranking of Kings: The Treasure Chest of Courage (2023) is a Japanese animated fantasy adventure series created for Fuji TV and produced by WIT STUDIO, a shonen-leaning anime production adapted from the manga. The story follows Bojji (voiced by Minami Hinata), a deaf prince ranked at the very bottom of his kingdom's royal standings, and his shadow-bound companion Kage (voiced by Ayumu Murase), who works quietly at his side. Principal supporting voices include Yuki Kaji as Daida, Rina Sato as Hiling and Takuya Eguchi as Domas. The engine of the show is Bojji's wish to prove that courage matters more than rank, and each episode is built from a self-contained adventure in a medieval kingdom of castles, monsters and rival knights. The run is a single season of ten episodes, a compact anthology-like collection of stories rather than one continuous arc. The tone is warm and earnest, with gentle comedy, adventurous spirit and an underdog heart, and moments of action that carry real stakes. Fans of Made in Abyss, Avatar: The Last Airbender and Attack on Titan will find resonance in its blend of fantasy spectacle and emotional sincerity.
