## Synopsis

Undead Unluck (2023-present) is a Japanese anime series adapted from a manga and produced by David Production with TMS Entertainment, broadcast on MBS and other Japanese stations. Andy, a Negator whose Undead ability makes him nearly impossible to kill, teams up with Fuko Izumo, a girl whose Unluck power brings misfortune to everyone around her. Voiced by Yuichi Nakamura and Moe Kahara, the pair join the Union, an organization that polices unidentified supernatural phenomena. Andy hopes to find someone who can give him a real death, and their missions pull them into strange cases, rival Negators and strange allies voiced by Natsuki Hanae and Kenji Nomura. Each episode is built around an eerie incident, a supernatural power showdown, and a comic clash of personalities. The tone mixes gallows humor, bright shounen action, and an underlying melancholy about immortality and bad luck. Set in a present-day Japan shadowed by hidden threats, the series reads as a light supernatural adventure with sharp jokes and stylish fights. Fans of Jujutsu Kaisen, Hellsing Ultimate and Demon Slayer will find resonance in its blend of supernatural battles and offbeat camaraderie. The single season of 24 episodes continues to air.
