## Synopsis

Bad Prosecutor (2022) is a South Korean legal drama series created for KBS2, a twelve-episode limited series of roughly an hour per episode. Doh Kyung-soo plays Jin Jung, a delinquent prosecutor who bends the rules to destroy people who have built their fortunes and influence on corruption. Lee Se-hee plays Shin Ah-ra, a colleague drawn into his campaign, while Ha Jun and Kim Sang-ho fill out the cast of officials, allies and opponents orbiting the prosecution office. The engine of the show is a steady sequence of face offs: each case pits the prosecutor against a powerful figure who believes money and connections place them beyond the law, and the team must gather evidence while the system pushes back. The result is a brisk, combative blend of courtroom tension and street level vengeance, with a rebellious attitude at its center. Its tone is defiant and sharp, with flashes of humor from the protagonist's unruly manner, and its themes turn on wealth, power and whether justice can survive when it is bought. Fans of Stranger and Suits will find a familiar appetite for institutional intrigue, though this series leans harder into personal vendetta and rebellious confrontation. The series is a satisfying one season watch for viewers who enjoy Korean prosecutorial dramas built on rule breaking heroes and clear moral battle lines.
