## Synopsis

Physical: 100 (2023-2024) is a South Korean reality competition series created by Jang Ho-gi for Netflix. One hundred contestants in top physical shape, including former wrestler Yoshihiro Akiyama, Justin Harvey and Lee Jae-yoon among the athletes, are pitted against one another in a run of grueling challenges overseen by the show's master, Jeong Young-han. The engine is simple and relentless: each round strips away competitors until only one remains, and the prize is both honor and cash. Each episode is built from a fresh physical trial, from wrestling-style bouts to endurance and strength contests, so the drama comes from bodies pushed to their limits and the rivalries that form under pressure. The show runs across two seasons of nine episodes each, with a Korean broadcast polish and a spectacle-driven tone that is brisk, intense and sporty. Fans of American Ninja Warrior and Squid Game will find resonance in its blend of athletic spectacle and survival stakes, and viewers who enjoy sports competition will find its tense, high-energy structure rewarding to watch.
