## Synopsis

This South Korean mystery follows an heiress who inherits a rural burial ground after the death of an uncle she barely knew. The inheritance pulls her into a string of murders and a web of family secrets tied to the land. Her investigation draws her toward a half-brother marked by inferiority and resentment, and toward a stubborn outsider whose interests collide with hers at every turn. The story unfolds as a slow excavation of the family's past, with each episode uncovering another relationship, motive, and lie. Jealousy, obsession and ancestral duty drive the mounting violence, and the tension lies in what the next revelation will cost. Set in contemporary South Korea, the drama leans on rural family rituals and the weight of inherited property. Its tone is tense, brooding and melancholic, with a detective-style pace that rewards close attention. Viewers who admire the family rot of Succession and the buried-secret dread of Sweet Home will find similar pleasures. It is a grim, character-driven mystery in which legacy itself becomes the suspect.
