## Synopsis

The Wingfeather Saga (2022-present) is an American animated fantasy adventure series created by J. Chris Wall and aired on Angel. Three gifted siblings, Janner Igiby (voiced by Alkaio Thiele), his brother Tink (voiced by Griffin Robert Faulkner) and their sister Leeli (voiced by Romy Fay), live in a cottage above the cliffs of the Dark Sea of Darkness, under the occupation of the sinister Fangs of Dang. When they find a map to the lost Jewels of Anniera, the one treasure the Fangs will do anything to seize, they are pulled into a dangerous journey that exposes hidden truths about their identity. Their noble mother and ex-pirate grandfather help guide them, while the story moves through venomous Fangs, sea dragons, flabbits and other creatures of a vast invented world. The series blends whimsy and warmth with real peril, drawing on the spirit of The Princess Bride and the scale of The Lord of the Rings. Its tone is playful and hopeful, with an earnest emotional core and a sense of family loyalty. Fans of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Spiderwick Chronicles will find resonance in its young heroes and storybook quest. Across four seasons and twenty-six episodes it works as a continuing adventure that rewards watching in order.
