## Synopsis

The Mighty Nein (2025-present) is an American adult animated fantasy series created for Prime Video and produced by Titmouse, adapted from the Dungeons and Dragons web series of the same name. Its ensemble of fugitives and outcasts is led by Jester, Mollymauk, Caleb, Beau, Nott the Brave and Fjord, a group bound by secrets and old scars. Their engine is simple and urgent: a powerful arcane relic known as the Beacon has fallen into nefarious hands, and the party must learn to trust one another while racing across a fantasy realm threatened with unraveling. The first season runs eight episodes, each built from brisk quests, uneasy alliances and sharp banter that gives way to bloody confrontations. Its tone mixes irreverent humor with melancholic undercurrents and a loyal, playful warmth. Fans of The Legend of Vox Machina and The Dragon Prince will find resonance in its animated fantasy quest structure and its band of misfit heroes, though its voice-driven improvisational energy is distinctly its own.
